How to Use:

• 1. Make sure your hands and breasts are completely clean, dry, and free of creams or oils.
• 2. Remove the protective dust cover and save it. Do not throw it away.
• 3. **How to apply them?** Bend your back until you are at a 90-degree angle, with your breasts pointing towards the floor. Attach the circular part of the nipple cover to your breast. As you straighten your back, pull the flap of the nipple cover upward and stick it as high as possible to help lift your breast. Repeat the process with the other breast.
• 4. Get dressed and enjoy their comfort. Remove them from your skin and store them in the Nipskin case, but first, reattach the dust cover. Never stick one nipple cover to another. If you lose the protector, you can replace it with kitchen plastic wrap or something similar.
• 5. If you need to clean them, wash them with warm water and mild soap when necessary. Shake off excess water and let them air dry. Do not use towels or paper.
• 6. Once completely dry, store the covers in the Nipskin case, but first, reattach the dust cover.
