Active Ingredients:
- Stem Cells From Grapes: They are undifferentiated celis that can develop into any celi type composing the plant from which they derive. Efficacy studies in vitro demonstrate that these Stem Cells counteract free radicals effectively and keep such an activity even once inserted in a cosmetic formulation, giving it antioxidant properties. In vivo tests have shown that the antiradical power, detected in the hydrolipidic film of the treated skin, is very high and extremely stable and its protective efficacy is stili significantly present even 6 hours after the application.
- Cyclodextrins: When applied to the skin, thanks to their straightening power, they give a very determined and persistent lifting action. They are completely herbal and biotechnological and have film-forming and moisturizing properties. They are the ideai replacement for various animai products with exalted lifting effect. Their presence in the formula guarantees an increase in the bioavailability of ali the active principles contained in the cosmetic and an increase of their lasting effect. Cyclodextrins, in fact, are an exceptional vehicle because they can host different active substances, protecting them from oxidation and degradation which could damage them and making them more resistant to temperature changes in the various skin layers. The active substances, when well preserved, remain the most effective and are also better absorbed thanks to the further property of the Cyclodextrins to release them in a graduai and controlied way.
- Red Grapevine: The leaves of Red Grapevine contain the following active ingredients: polyphenol derivatives such as proanthocyanidins, flavonoids, glucosides, tannins, organic acids, resveratrol, polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (A, C, B1, B2, PP) and minerals (calcium, potassium, iron, copper, manganese). Polyphenols have the anti-inflammatory and protecting properties of capiliaries. Anthocyanin tannins, in which this plant is rich, are from the same type as vitamin P. They have an antioxidant and protecting effect on capillary vessels. They reduce permeability and increase durability of vascular endothelial, preventing the activity of enzymes -such as elastase-which damage the supporting perivascular tissues. Resveratrol and procyanidins both have a powerful antiradical capacity. They fight against ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) which threatens tissue tone and elasticity. Extracts of Red Grapevine provide a high antioxidant-antiradical effect thus protecting skin from damage such as excessive exposure to the sun.
