How To Use:

• Prep your eyelid with a brightening eyeshadow or primer to create a smooth canvas. For best results, lightly dab the bristles of a small, flat eyeshadow brush or a bullet-shaped brush into the pan. Gently apply one layer; add more if needed to reach your desired intensity. To create the look of a soft, smudged eyeliner, use a softly pointed or small bullet-shaped brush and blend along the lash line and diffuse.  Perfection is not necessary.
