During Susan's fulfilling and distinguished 20 year career as a professional makeup artist working with models and Hollywood’s A-list, Susan was diagnosed with skin cancer. Realizing that the need for a healthy sunscreen rather than a chemical one went far beyond her personal skin sensitivity, Susan set aside the majority of her makeup work in the film and fashion industry and shifted her focus to developing her first innovative product, COLORFLO.
This product, the core of the line, provides brush-on perfection that is self-dispensing, and is the original on-the-go natural sun protection and healthy foundation coverage solution for every skin shade. The same passion, dedication, and time that went into the development of COLORFLO continues in her attention to detail and quality with each of the multi-purpose products in the Susan Posnick line, products that are as beautiful as they are healthy.
In 2019, Susan was honored with an International Humanitarian Award at a Ball with over 1000 attendees in Vienna, Austria for the development of
COLORFLO and BRUSH ON BLOCK, and for her commitment to educating on skin cancer, and on the importance of using natural sun protection.
In Winter 2020, Susan was featured as one of 50 women entrepreneurs by Successful Sisters Magazine. Additional awards and accolades include the Rising Star Award for Beauty from FGI, and numerous recognitions for Philanthropic work she continues to do in both her community of Dallas and around the world.
Susan, her makeup work, and her brand have been featured both nationally and internationally in publications and online in Bazaar, Tatler, Latina, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Real Simple, Essence, Instyle, and People, in addition to numerous others.
