Ruby May Cosmetics was created in 2015 by Nicole Rhodes and named after her daughter. We are a women-owned small indie cosmetic business that thrives on creating new products for the beauty industry. We are known in the makeup artist industry and pride ourselves on our quality eyelashes and pigmented eyeshadows at an affordable price. All of our products are cruelty-free, and never tested on animals. We are passionate about our product line!
