Sheila Malmanis is a Licensed Aesthetician, President and Founder of MS Skintechnical, Inc., which owns trademark DERMA MD® skincare based in Phoenix, AZ since 2001. She is a grandmother of 10, enjoys golf, music, dancing, tennis and cruises with her husband of 32 years.
Formerly an L.P.N. in the state of Tennessee, she moved into aesthetics, and received her aesthetic license in 1993. Former Vice President of a skincare company out of CA before starting her own business. Certified as Clinical Aesthetician with the National Society of Paramedical Aesthetic Professionals in October 2001.
Her love and passion for skincare is what makes Derma MD a high quality and professional skincare line developed for the both the professional world and is now sold to the consumers. Initially Derma MD was sold only to professionals for the first ten years of business, now the consumer is able to purchase those same products and get same professional results.
Sheila has been a guest speaker on radio/talk shows, infomercial, and was a former vendor on the U Shop TV network channel, based in FL. She has been published in UK Medical Cosmetic Journal, Healthy Aging, AZ Living, and Sonoran Quest magazines.
Sheila has lectured both internationally and in USA to both Aestheticians and Physicians on skincare, been a guest speaker at both the AMMG (advanced management medical group) and AAEG (advanced aesthetic education group) medical conferences, and was previously on the advisory board of Healthy Aging Magazine.
